Bonus Lockout

Met my customer at a Sam’s Club parking lot for a key and while I’m in the van cutting his emergency key, another customer knocks on my van door. He just so happened to lock his key in his car! Sunday was a good day!

2002 Nissan Frontier! Loyal repeat customer wasn't ashamed to call me back after he locked his trucks remote in the car for a SECOND time. He called just to have his car unlocked but I take care of my loyal ones so I gave him a price he couldn't refuse to replace his broken remote. 

Late Night Emergency

2011 Honda fit ALL KEYS LOST! Drove to the cars location, picked the lock to open the door, cut the key using the vehicles key code, programed keys and dropped off at customers mailbox (It was laaate). Never the less, customer was super happy to pick her car up the next morning!
